Enjoy Eureka Springs on a mountaintop retreat just 4 miles from downtown! Guest quarters are attached but separate from the owners’ quarters with private entrance. The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Please read the entire description and view photos before reserving! Pet fee- $20 per pet per night. 2 pet limit. Please notify me if you plan to bring a pet so I can update the reservation price.

This isn't just a house, this is an experience! Over 2000sqft dream house with lots of natural lighting. Lake without a steep descent or stairs. Fast Wi-Fi speeds, & tv's (no cable) throughout. All basic (soap, hair dryer) items supplied including a fully equipped kitchen. 6 queen beds, 1 twin bed, 1 sofa twin, & 1 full bed and full futon bed with 2.5 bathrooms (see access section.) Arcade games, in/outside games, a game table for cards/puzzle building, and a full-sized foosball game.

Just off John Deshields parkway you can ride to Crystal Bridges and the Bentonville Square on the Greenway and Sidewalks once out of this single entrance neighborhood. Small subdivision with one way in and out. Good size fully fenced back yard and pet friendly(Keep pets off furniture please). Extremely close to the memorial park baseball and soccer complexes for super close access for tournaments. This house is a great option for seeing Bentonville, Crystal Bridges and Biking.

We invite you to come stay at our modern townhome on the Back 40 trail system and Brittany golf course. The Metfield complex, which has a seasonal swimming pool (small entry fee), playground, pickleball court, basketball court, bicycle pump track, and bike skills course is within an easy walking distance. This amazing location is also right on the Rago & Mulligan trails and the new paved trail that winds to Blowing Springs! We are pet friendly with a fee (details below).
