De GRANGE op "Domaine de Gargoris" is een voormalige schuur uit mid 1800 die een flinke make-over heeft gekregen. De ruime woonkamer nodigt uit tot lekker loungen. Aansluitend vind je de eetkamer en een open keuken. Er zijn vijf slaapkamers, met telkens eigen badkamer. Buiten geniet je van een privéterras met BBQ en een schitterend uitzicht op het zwembad. Maximaal comfort en een zee van ruimte voor groepen tot 10 personen. Het domein heeft ook nog een speelweide, stiltegebied en een eikenbos!

Welcome to L'Ours et Son Petit Oiseau (The Bear and his Little Bird), set in 8 acres with views over a wild valley run with deer and sanglier. Roaring cast iron wood burner for those chilly evenings. All the amenities you need to cook your gourmet meal. Your own private pool, hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. The barn is the second property on the location meaning you will be greeted by the host with a warm multi-lingual welcome. You will have complete privacy.

Nestling on the heights of a hill in the heart of nature, at the gateway to the Dordogne (4 km from the bastide town of Eymet), you will be charmed by this fully-equipped family gîte for 6 people (up to 8 on demand) , a restored tobacco barn from 1922. A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. Discover châteaux, bastides and local farmers' markets.

Offrant un paysage avec vue sur les prairies et bois, la bergerie est un espace de 70m² avec cuisine équipée, salle à manger salon, télévision (qui fonctionne avec partage de connexion), 2 chambres : 1 lit 200 par 160 et 1 lit superposé (idéal 3 places enfants). Extérieur : double terrasse (une en bois et une en carrelage) avec spa 5 places, bbc, 2 transats, 2 chiliennes et une table de pique-nique ombragée par un magnifique chêne centenaire.
