Cozy room

The space is a complete private with own entrance to the Cozy room and no any shared with another. It is first floor of the brand new townhouse. The commodious parking space in front of the door without permit. The building where is in the shopping center and nearby grocery store, restaurants, movie theaters and Dulles airport. An Excellent and the beautiful community where is. It’s very. convenient, quiet and peaceful location for stay. Since 2019 started Airbnb, most of my guests(99% are very satisfied and enjoyed their staying. This is my goal to do Airbnb and l am happy to be super host. Appreciate all my guests! You are welcomed anytime to have this Cozy Room. 👏👏👏

The Patent House

Built around 1760, our log cabin sits on our 3 acre farmette, in the countryside in view of the foothills that separate VA, WV & MD. It's fully renovated, with a master bedroom (queen) & full bath upstairs. There is a convertible sofa downstairs (full). Cabin is next door to our house & shares a fence with our pasture where our mini donkeys live. We have yappy dogs and friendly outdoor cats. We're in the country, so bugs make their appearance but they tend to go straight to the window sills.

These are rustic not luxurious Cabins

'Waterfront' on 1796 Historic Farm

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem! The Springhouse is nestled in the rolling hills of Northern Virginia’s Wine Country! Originally constructed in the early 1800's, the structure was built over a natural spring that was used for refrigeration. Water from the spring maintains a constant cool temperature throughout the year while also filling a pond. The original stone well, channel and stone flooring are all intact for guests to explore and experience how our ancestors lived.

**Pool open May 1- Sept 29 ** PRIVATE 3 hours pool time daily. Plus private patio, grill and fire pit! Horses outside every window! The Cottage is located on a 230 acre horse farm. Red Gate Farm is a full-service, upscale equestrian farm, containing the Cottage, original farm house and 50 horses & ponies. Convenient to Middleburg and Purcellville, you are surrounded by mountains, wineries, breweries, and hiking, with horses right at your doorstep. All in the beautiful town of Bluemont.

The Barn at Belgrove

The Barn at Belgrove. Welcome to a private and quiet escape on a 67 acre manor in Leesburg. A horse property with abundant wildlife offers a peaceful getaway on an historic property. This full apartment is located above the barn. It is convenient to downtown Leesburg, Morven Park, and Loudoun's many wineries, breweries and festivals. Most suitable for adults seeking to relax, recharge, and rekindle in a rustic environment. There is generally very good cell service but there is no Wifi.

The Loft at Lakeside

Welcome to the The loft at Lakeside! The loft is a completely separate space that comes with its own entrance and parking space. The loft consists of a spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom in the bedroom and a half bath near the kitchen. The main space consists of spacious Kitchen that sits right next to the cozy family room, with a large couch. It also has a full laundry room for anyone looking to take home clean clothes after an amazing stay at The Loft.

Beautiful one bedroom, one bath cottage on a picturesque 14 acre farm just outside of downtown Leesburg. Nestled in close to local vineyards, this charming, free-standing cottage is yours and perfect for a weekend getaway or alternative to a hotel. Enjoy the fresh air, beautiful views, and peace and quiet on our little farm. Wander the property and say hello to our donkey, mule, Long Horn cows, goats, chickens, and 3 barn cats (and 3 kiddos!). Just 3 miles to downtown Leesburg.

The Hunt Box at Sylvanside Farm is a couples favorite! Cozy bedroom with bay window overlooks the stone barn, Clydesdales field and pond. Full kitchen, full bath and small living room. Enjoy a glass of wine on dock, hike the fields and streams, enjoy the animals, roam the our beautiful 25 acres. Escape the city and relax. Less than 5 miles from vineyards, LOCO ale trail breweries, cideries, WO&D bike trail & 20 min to historic Leesburg, the Shenandoah river & Appalachian Trail. Our tiny house is a bit larger w/ 2 bedrooms, full kitchen & bath, family room & cozy front porch with private parking. Enjoy a remote work getaway, (our broadband is about 8-10Mbps) relax & enjoy LOCO living!

Cabin on the Creekside is a log cabin located on beautiful wooded property just outside of Waterford, VA. The cabin is a perfect spot to unwind, relax, and come explore Loudoun County which is filled with wineries, breweries, farm to table restaurants, hiking trails and more!
