The accommodation comprises of one King bed downstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and second mezzanine with one single bed, both accessed by ladder. Cottage is Off Grid, lights and fridge are solar powered,. Cooker, hot water, heating and shower are powered by gas.

A shop, pubs and restaurants only 5 minute walk. The INEC is also only a few minutes walk away along the promenade, less than I km.

The house is not suitable for kids as there is only 1 bed.
