"Bucking Bull Bunkhouse" on Bucking Bull Farm

Experience this "ole" west one of a kind cabin and go back in time to the early 1900s. Take a soaking bath in the cowboy brothel type tub. Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. Molly our gentle jersey may even let you pet her at the fenceline.

Enjoy the great outdoors in this quaint little cabin that allows outdoor relaxing under a fully covered porch. Catch a fish, roast a s'more or pet a goat. Golf cart available for touring around. Glamping at its best. Finally had to give in to technology and add WIFI for guests (free) and added a cell phone booster as well for better outside communication when needed. Pool is now available.

Featuring a soaking tub bath area and a hot tub barn . There is a work station desk area complete with high speed wifi internet. The desk is adjustable for sitting or standing. Spectrum cable tv in the living room for your entertainment. Totally stocked kitchen with all the things needed to cook with. There is a Keurig coffee station.

Over the Moon Farm, Relaxing with the Horses

Enjoy the picturesque view at Over the Moon Farm, a bustling horse farm situated in the middle of 30 acres in Covington, LA north of New Orleans. A short drive from the farm will take you to Abita Springs, a quaint town with restaurants and the Abita Brewery, Old Covington filled with local shops and restaurants and several horse facilities nearby. Spend the day touring in New Orleans and unwind in the evenings relaxing on one of two porches overlooking horses grazing in the pasture.

Sunhillow Farm Getaway

This secluded 3-bedroom cabin has everything you need for your perfect Louisiana-getaway. No traffic, noise or people. Located on 220 acres adjacent to the Bogue Chitto National Wildlife Refuge, the property includes freshwater lakes, a beach, and multiple trails for a beautiful morning or evening walk. Guests have easy access to the BCNWR for deer, hog, etc. hunting, as well as canoes and kayaks. We have blueberries, whitetail deer and chickens supplying fresh eggs, when laying.

The downstairs contains a bedroom with queen sized bed and full bathroom. The cabin is 8 miles north of downtown St. Francisville and close to shopping, hiking and dining.

We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.
