A short (6 minute) drive to downtown, 11 minutes to Churchill Downs. You'll find wireless internet, clean towels and sheets, basic kitchen and bathroom amenities, coffee maker, a flat screen TV with Apple TV, and keyless entry.

Enjoy the wildlife as well including deer and turkey as you explore the walking trails. We are located in the heart of the bourbon country!

Welcome to our fully stocked getaway! In this 2 bed, 2 bath cottage you will find everything you need to have a relaxing and fun vacation. You will love the deck with scenic views of Taylorsville Lake, and a hot tub with privacy fence. Lake access is less than a 5 minute drive, and there is a community pool just down the road when in season, and other community amenities you can enjoy. We are excited to host you here and hope that you will enjoy this place as much as we have!

We live just a quarter of a mile down the road, so we're available for any questions or needs. Very safe location. Enjoy all the perks of city life from a rural setting.

FYI : 1) I DON’T accept Louisville guests to stop large local party’s 2) 4 beds to sleep ONLY 6 people. I have a play pen/crib with sheets and mattress pad Extra guests over 4 pay $5 per guest per day. I have more laundry to do and extra supplies to replace like coffee, hot chocolate - Keurig pods, and other amenities I have for my guests. 3) I have surveillance cameras outside monitoring 24/7, Additional fees will be added for unauthorized guests not in booking.
