Buena Vista Studio #12

Buena Vista comprises 11 renovated self-catering studios with a private balcony each, as well as a spacious common backyard with a seating area surrounded by flowering gardens. Studio #12 is on the ground floor. Buena Vista studios are ideally located on the hill over Lourdata with picturesque views of the Ionian sea, the surrounding countryside and Mt Ainos. Lourdas beach is around 1.5km down a winding village road. A variety of mini markets, tavernas and bars are just a 5-minute walk away.

They were renovated in 2018 striving to be a comfortable, clean and relaxing accommodation for visitors.

The Water side studios offer you an excellent location: the sandy Lourdas beach with azure waters is about 150 m away. The studios are furnished with a kitchenette, bathroom with sink, shower&WC; double bed or 2 single beds; fold-out chair-bed or extra bed if needed. Top (first) floor balconies offer a lovely view of the Ionian Sea. The ground floor balconies have partial sea view. The pool will chill out you in a hot day. For the convenience of the guests, there is ample parking.

This apartment, called HERA, is placed in our “DREAM HOUSES” residence which consists of 6 apartments. This studio for 2 persons is on the first floor, it is 26 square meters and consists of a kitchen, equipped with all accessories such as dishwasher and oven, bathroom with washing machine and double bedroom. It has a large terrace with amazing sea view where to eat and relax. It is new and was completed in June 2018.
