Coll Cottage - a charming rural private studio

A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

The Sanctuary is furnished with antiques and retro items from years gone by, with a nod toward the clean lines of Mid-Century Modern styling. Silky soft organic bamboo linens ensure that the bedroom is truly an oasis. However, walk (or bike!) a couple blocks and you'll find bars, restaurants and shops. The vintage tandem bike is available for you!
