1 Bedroom Mountain Condo in the Heart of Keystone

Remodeled in 2021 our 1 bedroom/1 bath is a short walk to the lifts at Keystone and close to a variety of walking and hiking trails. The open living room has two couches that pull-out to queen sofa beds. WiFi, cable TV, common hot tubs & grills, private ski locker, in-unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace, private balcony, heated secured parking & more! *Please note the elevator closest to the condo unit is waiting for a new motor and will not be operational until November 2026. Unique Huge Studio Keystone Gateway STR22-R-00498

The largest studio in the Gateway Bldg. at 650 square feet. It's a short walk to River Run Village or Mountain House. Swim in the pool, soak in the hot tub, pop into the cafe across the hall for breakfast or lunch, or simply relax in the oversized studio unit which offers a gas fireplace, a queen bunk bed (4 people), and a sofa-bed. Kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, cooktop, and toaster oven. Laundry facilities and gym are just down the hall. Six people max., parking for one car max.

You are just drawn through the 1 bed., 1 ba., unit to the full length glass and to the deck...the stunning panorama of Lake Dillon and the 12,000 ft. Ten Mile Range. The Dillon Amphitheatre is a 2 min. walk. There are 5 major ski resorts within 30 minutes and all of the outdoor activities you could think of out your door. The bike path (right in front of you), marina, shops, and eateries are a short walk away. Booking guest must be 25 yrs. old, please no smoking inside or outside the unit.
