*NO CLEANING FEE* Located on the cool Northside of St. Thomas, our home looks out over a large flat-ish yard & a panoramic view of Magen's Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and 20 small islands. Your unit has a private entrance 5 steps down from your dedicated parking space. Note: 1. There is no smoking allowed on the deck or in the apartment. 2. Unlike many Airbnbs we do NOT charge a cleaning fee so we ask our guests to sweep and wash their dishes before leaving. 3. No more than 4 guests at ANY time.

Cute 1/1 apartment located on quiet side of St. Thomas. Walking distance to Hull Bay Beach (Downhill there, uphill back) “Nomads” and “The Shack” are super convenient to grab a bite/drink (at Hull Bay) “Fish Bar” is super close too, so good! Enjoy views from small deck located off the driveway (not attached to room but designated for the unit) has a small grill, umbrella, and chairs. Hidden Hilltop Treasure

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Suite centrally located. All races/religions are welcomed. Smoking is not allowed in the suite, or on the property. So if you do smoke, you can do so off Property. The owners, who live upstairs in the main house on the property, are fun loving, warm, welcoming, and are available at anytime for questions to help make your stay enjoyable. Note: the patio is not meant for large gatherings. If you would like to use the patio for a small event, contact us.
