Built in 1950, she is - as guests have described: a "perfectly imperfect" - old dame, lovingly maintained as a comfortable home. The decor & furnishings are in keeping with that era, while gentle renovations provide modern conveniences in the kitchen & bathrooms. And the region's best fish & chippy is almost next door!

A short walk down the road, and follow a track to the beach. Experience a star lit sky at night, then cocoon yourself inside the compact space, listening to the waves! Suited to the solo traveller or quiet couple.

Our "shack" at Greens Beach is a comfortable holiday home for our family (including 2 dogs!) and we have tried to set it up for all the activities that the area offers (and we love!). It is 5 minutes walk to the beach (less if you have a Labrador or large water loving dog!), shop, golf club and tennis courts. We have provided most of the basics for these activities! It is a perfect spot to relax or a base to explore what the Tamar Valley has to offer!

"Elddaw". A two bedroom workman's cottage built in 1970 backing onto the water. Shoal Bay just 20 meters from the door and Greens Beach just 10 minutes walk away along National Park Coastal track or along sealed road. One double bed in each room, two bathrooms laundry, kitchen with dishwasher, living room with TV, DVD, Wifi. Reverse cycle air-con in main area and electric oil heaters in each room.Tank water. Plenty of yard space and car parks.

There are 3 bedrooms to choose from a king, queen or twin rooms. Two and a half bathrooms and a modern kitchen/dining room is perfect for families who want to self cater. The entire house and yard is yours to enjoy.

家族小木屋

The Cabin is a 1 Bedroom cottage (interior 45m2) built in 2019 below our existing house and looking north over Tam O'Shanter Beach to Bass Strait. There is a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and laundry plus undercover outdoor area (20m2). The cabin overlooks Lulworth/Tam O'Shanter Beach (1km+ of sand). Note we have two newer cabins of same design listed under "Tam O Shanter Bayside Cabins (3)"
