Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit. We are on the bike trail and within walking distance of historic downtown Rogers amenities, where you will find fine dining, craft beers, bike shop, coffee shops, art galleries, cobble stone streets, and a farmers market. We are on a short dead end street a little more than a city block long, on a large .37 acre lot. It is a safe neighborhood. Neighbors know one another and extended family lives on the street.
