If you desire a check out time beyond 10am then it's at a rate of $25 per hour, rounded up to the next hour. Noon is the latest check out. ie - 1015am = $25.

One of the condo’s most exquisite elements is the view from the living room that includes a private balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom with a high table and bar stools. This unit includes upgraded floors & appliances. The unit can accommodate 8 guests comfortably with a king bed in the Master, 2 double beds in second bedroom and a Sofa in the living room that doubles as a queen bed. Rental includes 2 beach chairs and Umbrella from March 1 to October 31.
