Perfectly situated for relaxation or a work commute to Wellington or the Hutt. Once a pottery our rustic fully equipped standalone "Bunker" nowadays is a small studio/bedsit. The private fully fenced courtyard is yours to use; ideal to sit and unwind with a wine after a hard day! Enjoy your independent, cheap and cheerful stay!

Semi -Detached Studio

A bright sunny studio that has a separate entrance, its own kitchen and bathroom. The bed is a comfortable day bed which coverts to a full King sized bed for two guests. Alternatively, the two beds can be left as single beds. The second bed is stored underneath the day bed and had sturdy legs that pull out. Double French doors open onto a sunny courtyard for guests to enjoy and relax in. The studio is next to the pool which is available for use in the summer. Full cooking facilities. No pets.

I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. Our self-contained, studio apartment is on a quiet street facing the Waiwhetu stream. The space has queen size bed with high quality linen & a heat pump to keep you comfortable all year around. The area a is ideal for those needing to work or check in with work. 10 min walk to Woburn train station.
