The private fully fenced courtyard is yours to use; ideal to sit and unwind with a wine after a hard day! Enjoy your independent, cheap and cheerful stay!

Mustang cottage is quiet, cosy, very private with homely touches and secure off road parking. An easy 10-15 min trip by car or train to Sky Stadium, WOW and ferry terminals. A 3 min walk to Woburn train station & bus stops. Local supermarket, Subway outlet, and bakeries nearby. Ideally located close to Lower Hutt City parks, the Queensgate mall, restaurants, cinema and event venues. We offer airport pick-up and drop-off. Pricing reasonable. Private studio in Island Bay

Self contained small private studio for singles or couples. Views overlooking Island Bay valley. Five minute walk downhill to the shops, cafes and a cinema nearby. A regular bus service to city and a 10 minute drive to the airport. Comfortable double bed, sink bench, microwave, bench oven, fridge, Nespresso machine, smart TV with Netflix and free WiFi. Outside areas to sit and relax. On street parking. This space is ideal for guests who prefer well-planned compact living. Hosts live upstairs.

The strawbale studio.

The self catering studio is located behind the main house on a private two hectare section. It’s an open plan strawbale construction with a double bedroom hidden behind sliding wooden shuttered doors. The studio was designed for passive solar heating, with a concrete floor and large double glazed windows in the living space. There are blinds in the bathroom and bedroom, but the living space does not contain any window furnishings as this would defeat the purpose of the passive solar concept.

Welcome to this cool little cottage with free off-street carpark & convenience to town! The reviews say it all - this is a little haven with a sunny garden - a 'home away from home'. You'll be in the village and easily able to indulge in local delights like Arobake for freshly baked bread and Aro Cafe for great coffee plus takeaway food choices. The funky & iconic Cuba Street is a 15-minute walk away for more eateries, bars, great shopping and nightlife! Questions? Do message me : )

Tiny Inner City Cottage

Cute and quirky 1890s Cottage on the city fringe. A 15ish min walk to the heart of the city or Oriental Bay. A nice little private courtyard with BBQ & a little balcony off the bedroom where you can look out at the neighbouring houses and beyond. Light bfast included. The bathroom is OUTSIDE across the courtyard. The stairs to the bedroom are narrow and steep. Gary my cat stays, let me know if you'd like to feed him, he's super friendly. 3rd guest can stay on the cosy day bed/couch
