Garden Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in beautiful Shiplake. One stop on the train from Henley on Thames. Shiplake train station, local pub, corner shop and butcher is less than 5 minutes walk. The Cabin has been newly furnished, garden entrance and a separate patio. The bedroom and living area is a delightful space with high ceiling. Two friendly bulldogs share the garden. An area of outstanding beauty for river and woodland walks and cycles. Use of Paddle board.

Charlotte's Place

This beautiful annexe is a new addition to our home and has provided us with an amazing space within our garden. The annexe has a open plan sitting room with kitchen and breakfast bar at one end. The bedroom has a super king size bed that can be set up as a twin room if required and there is a separate bathroom with double walk in shower. This is an ideal space for business trips with its own access, wifi, usb points and the ability to self cater if you wish but equally a great weekend getaway.

This small private place, ideally situated close to the village with a number of restaurants , pubs & eateries. Stanlake Vineyard is a 20 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) away. Twyford station is 2 minute walk with fast access to London, Henley, Windsor, Ascot, Reading, Oxford & more. Dedicated parking space & private access to a double bedroom (standard 4’6” bed) and en-suite shower room. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Due to the close proximity to Twyford station there may be some noise

The Cabin, Henley on Thames is a gorgeous space for you to enjoy your holiday. Surrounded by nature, guests have the pleasure of pheasants, deers, foxes and Red Kites. Located in the back garden of our house you can walk straight into fields and the beautiful Chiltern hills. Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

Completely separate self-contained studio flat

Self-contained double room with en-suite shower room and kitchen area. Private access and parking. Completely private stand-alone studio but part of our home. Suitable for professional person/couple for short let periods. Ideal Monday-Friday but good for weekends to visit local area too. Free wi-fi, TV. A car is essential. Located in White Waltham village just outside Maidenhead. Easy access to Junction 8/9 of M4 and Maidenhead station. Also handy for Windsor, Henley, Ascot, Reading

Inside there is a large open plan kitchen , dinner, lounge with a sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen with double oven , fridge freezer , dishwhaser , whashing machine microwave , toaster, kettle and much more . theres a large smart tv and wifi , dinning table . bedroom with king size bed and built-in wardrobe . bathroom with walk-in shower .

Studio flat in Shiplake Cross

Spacious and serene studio flat in Shiplake Cross, minutes away from The Plough, Shiplake pub, as well as bus stop serving Henley-on-Thames/Reading, with services running from 6am til midnight, every 30 minutes. Ideal for Henley Regatta, Henley Festival, Rewind, Shiplake College etc. Kitchenette with hob, air fryer, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer & sink. Tea/coffee & milk provided. Ensuite bathroom has both rainfall and handheld shower, sink with storage, toilet and LED mirror.

Detached Barn

Situated in a quiet private road in Lower Shiplake within a 5 minute walk of the railway station, local pub, river and village shop! This newly renovated Victorian Barn with high ceilings and exposed beams offers a large living area with a small kitchen, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The Barn, situated within our garden, benefits from its own entrance and is detached from the main house where we live. The Barn has a small courtyard garden for guest use in the summer.

Cosy annexe by shops/parking 19 min walk to Henley

The Hoppy Annexe is a self-contained space, set in a little garden on a peaceful road with free parking, a 15-20 minute walk down the hill to Henley town centre. It is suitable for either a single person or a couple - there's a standard sized double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Beautiful countryside walking routes are just a minutes away and Henley town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and river front is within easy reach.

Spacious 2 Bedroom Cabin With Pool Table and Patio

The cabin is a fun and light filled space, perfect for families or couples. It boasts its own private patio, which leads to a secluded secret garden with an outdoor roll top bath! Inside there is a pool table and Sky TV. It is in the garden of a family home, situated half a mile from Twyford station, allowing easy access to Henley-on-Thames and London via the Elizabeth line. The cabin is accessed through a secure, key coded gate around the side of the main house.

Luxury Boathouse Apartment - central Henley

The Boathouse is a completely private studio apartment with wonderful river views. Furnished to a high standard with luxury bed linens and towels, and fully equipped with everything you could need. The perfect location for the Henley Royal Regatta, Henley Festival and The Rewind Festival Relaxing location that is perfect for watching the world and river go by, but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of the town and it's many restaurants and cafes.

Lovely Annexe / Suite with a separate lounge, Bedroom ( Kingsize Bed ) & Bathroom - ideal for a couple. Sole Use. Attached to the main house but own private entrance & self check-in. Parking on a drive. Smart TV. We don't have a Kitchen but there is a Fridge, Kettle, Toaster and Tea & Coffee, and Milk & Juice are provided. We offer boat trips for an extra fee. Train links to Henley, Reading & London. 5 mins to River Thames
