A quick walk to the beach or pond, you’re not too far away to run back for lunch or take an afternoon nap. Also, the house is fully heated and is suitable for the cooler months!

Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. On over 2 acres along Johnson Bay in Lubec, the cottage is perfect for experiencing the easternmost town in the US. It was lovingly restored over the past three years featuring modern appliances, new furnishings and bedding. Stroll along the beach brimming with seaglass and watch it transform with the monumental tide.
