WELCOME! We invite you to stay on one side of our quaint downtown abode. You are in walking distance to some of the best bars, breweries, & restaurants in Indy. Whether you are traveling for work, sports, fun, or just passing through this location is the BEST. We are 1 mi or less to the Convention Center (1mi), Lucas Oil (1mi), Circle Center (1mi), Bankers Life (0.5mi), & Fountain Square (0.25mi)! We typically are at our main residence across the street so if you need anything lets us know.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment. We are so happy to share our newly remodeled apartment with you! We are close to all things Downtown. Walking distance to Lincoln Lane Coffee, The Vault Speakeasy and The Burger Joint House Bar and Restaurant. We are a 5 minute Uber to the Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. We look forward to hosting you! If you are bringing a pet, it must be approved and listed on the reservation. There is an air mattress for 2 of the guests.

Cozy bungalow that lives bigger than it looks! Affordable luxury all at a terrific price! Fully private duplex has 2 stories and basement. We do allow dogs only, however I would like to know the breed & how many are staying. We do have some special "rules" for our furry friends! The neighborhood is walkable to restaurants, and very safe! Speedway boasts a low crime. The airport is close & downtown is closer! 465 is just 1.5 miles to access 465. Please no cats, or other type of pet.

I am so excited to share my beautiful house with you, located in the Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Indy. Close to Fountain Square, Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse and lots more fun. The house has 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 ensuite. There is a lounge upstairs with a comfy leather futon for more sleeping room. Off that is a beautiful roof deck with gas BBQ, firepit and dining for 6+. Also located on the same street as the famous HGTV Good Bones girls shop. Come visit Indy!
