House with pool in a 400m2 courtyard in the historic centre of the city. You will enter through the main house, to find 500m2 of paradise of silence and tranquility, patio, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, cinema, orchard and a beautiful recently built house of 95m2 in the historic center of the city. The property consists of two buildings, the main one through which you will access is not yet renovated and only serves as support for the new pool house which is the one for rent.

Hay dos baños con plato ducha ,en uno hay jacuzzi, que se disfruta bajo suplemento diario (avisad en caso de querer disfrutarlo). el salón comedor con TV de 55",zona de comedor, comparte espacio diáfono con la cocina.

It is in a landscape reserve full of birds, at the top of a hill, next to Caminito del Rey and El Torcal and in the centre of Andalusia to visit other cities. Delante de una gran cascada de piedra natural. Cuenta con una magnifica zona de Spa con Jacuzzi de Agua Caliente situado al aire libre donde disfrutar del relax en las noches estrelladas. Enmarcada entre palmeras y rincones para relajarse entre las melodías de la caída del agua y los pajarillos.

Small independent rural house in Andalusian style on an olive farm, 100 meters from the owners' house. The house is organized into a large studio with separate bathroom and equipped kitchen, with a large private terrace with deckchairs and barbecue. The use of the swimming pool is reserved for the guests of this house. We also have dogs who live on the property and they love our guets : so it's important to love dogs too! They sleep inside the owner´s house.
