This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

We are located a mile from Stratford Upon Avon town centre, it is a 20 min stroll either by road or along the River Avon. A 5 min walk to the racecourse. The annex comprises of a bathroom with shower and bath, a bedroom with a fridge and kettle and a conservatory with sofa and television. Also a South facing outside patio area to yourselves.

1 Chapel Row is a beautiful historical thatched cottage that is more than 500 years old. Situated in the village of Welford on Avon the cottage is a Grade II listed building that has been lovingly restored to afford a high degree of comfort and charm. The village of Welford is only 15 minutes from Stratford upon Avon and the home of Shakespeare. The Cotswolds, Oxford, Warwick and Birmingham are all within striking distance.
