Das Appartement liegt in einer der schönsten, vom Sonnenlicht verwöhnten Gegend von Lugano. Ein 180° Blick verzaubert die Gäste. In 15 Minuten erreicht man auf einem Fussweg See und Zentrum. 500 Meter sind es bis zur Busstation der Linie 2, die zum See und Zentrum fährt. Die 65qm grosse Wohnung besteht aus einem grossen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zur Seeseite hin. Herrlicher Blick auch vom Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett aus. Küche ist voll ausgestattet, ebenso das völlig neu renovierte Bad mit Dusche.

Il bagno dispone di 1 cabina doccia ampia e di una vasca da bagno. Nel salone open space cucina/salotto ci sono a disposizione la cucina con elettrodomestici di ultima generazione e una stufa a legna che scalda ambiente e anima nelle giornate autunnali e invernali. D’estate invece la grande terrazza viene sfruttata al massimo per aperitivi e bagni di sole.
