It is in a very handy central location for all visitor attractions and scenic areas near Glasgow, Stirling, Falkirk and Edinburgh, as well as nearby towns of Kirkintilloch and Cumbernauld. Near the Forth and Clyde canal and the John Muir Way.

It's a Beautifully Presented, Delightful and Cosy apartment Charming Period tenement building with High Ceilings, Great Natural Light, and large double glazed Windows. Only 10 minutes bus ride into Glasgow Famous Merchant City where you can eat in some of Glasgow's best restaurants and enjoy the nightlife.

The pet friendly (two maximum), self contained unit is a detached annexe, internal dimensions are 6m x 4m. It has modern amenities having been completed in May 2021. The guest house is ideally located in Central Scotland with motorway access to all areas North, South, East and West 5 minutes drive from the location. The railway station at Falkirk High with a journey time of 20 minutes to both Glasgow and Edinburgh is a 10 minute drive.

It is self sufficient with its own bathroom with electric shower as well. It has a double bed. Car parking is also available. There is a TV with Sky Q in the flat also. It has fitted wardrobes and lots of room for storage. Electric heater in living room.
