Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Bus stops 1 minute away, minutes from the center of town by bus. Great restaurants and lots of shopping. Quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment building. All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Charming house with an open and large living room that is perfect for relaxing, working or for family. The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Stugan är en kompakt boendelösning på 20 m2 + uteplats. I stugan finns 2st 80cm sängar som går att skuta ihop till en 160cm om man vill mysa lite. Stugan har även en bäddsoffa som det går att sova två vuxna i. Stugan är främs avsedd för 2 personer eller 2 + ett barn. Stugan är totalrenoverad 2026 och har ett fullt utrustat kök, helkaklat badrum med dush och wc, ett litet köksbord och 2 stolar. Gjuten platta på mark med golvvärme. Njut av den fina utsikten över sjön. Gott om parkering.

About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

Vintertid plogas en isväg runt udden vilken nyttjas flitigt av flanörer, skridskoåkare och joggare. Ett bekvämt boende med centrala Luleås kultur- och restaurangutbud, badstränder, isväg, eldstäder, promenadstråk, park, museum, matbutik inom 10 minuters gångavstånd.

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna charmiga lägenhet. Lägenheten ligger naturskönt 1 mil utanför Luleå centrum. I ett lugnt område med ängar och skog runtom. Det finns många fina promenadstigar och på vintern fina skoterspår. Lägenheten har det mesta man behöver. Det finns en 90 cm säng och en bäddsoffa med 140 cm madrass. Vid behov kan extra madrass tas in. Städning utförs av värden Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.
