Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Charmig stuga i allmogestil Sandnäset nära Luleälv

Charmig stuga i allmogestil, i Sandnäset 700 m från Luleälven. Stugan har tre rum, sovrum med två sängar,allrum och ett litet men funktionellt kök. Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). Perfect chill-out spot with Luleå just a bike ride away. Sleep in a comfy bed and have a sauna by the lake. Easy to access by car, free parking. 2 km to supermarket. Trails for running and skiing right by house. Ski/skate/bike rental available. See the nothern lights over the frozen lake - the location and view is stunnning. Wifi 500/500. Welcome!

Modern river house, midnight sun, northern light!

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

New renovated house/ cottage where you can enjoy amazing sea view in the Arctic nature, both on holiday or if you work, is it a wonderful place. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

Unika trädhuset vid sjön

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Njut av härlig natur runt husknuten. Ta ett dopp från bryggan, tänd den vedeldade bastun vid sjökanten. Ro en tur med båten. Laga mat över öppen eld. Besök havsbad, mysigt sommarkafé eller gårdsbutik i närheten under sommartid. Vintertid finns hundspann inte långt ifrån huset. Besök den fina isbanan som sträcker sig mellan södra och norra hamn inne i Luleå. Är du kanske en av de lyckliga som får uppleva det magiska norrskenet?

Charming house with terass, near the nature, sea

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.

House in prime location, with panorama view over the lake Djupträsket, attached to the river Kalixälven. Private beach with a sauna directly on the beach just a few steps from the main building. The main building of 75m2 is all refurbished with two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and a new bathroom. Large windows and a major outside terrace, offers you a breathtaking view through all seasons.

Welcome to the Guest House at The Mayors Yard, an oasis in a World Heritage Site. A place where modern comforts meet the wings of history and where the proximity to culture is very tangible. The guest house is part of "The Mayors Yard", a plot dating back to when the 1600s were young and where the family, after 12 generations, still lives. Karins gästlägenhet

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla miljö. Karins lägenhet har ett fullt utrustat kök, sovrum med två enkelsängar och allrummet har en bäddsoffa. Finns även en toalett med dusch och en altan där man kan njuta av utsikten över Kalix älv som ligger ca 40 m från lägenheten. Nyhet sommaren 2026! Nu finns möjlighet att hyra elcykel.

Gårdshus

Välkommen till ett trevligt och ombonat gårdshus med centralt läge – nära till stadens utbud men ändå beläget i ett lugnt och rofyllt kvarter. Vi som värdfamilj bor i huvudbyggnaden på samma tomt och vistas ofta ute på gården. En snäll hund rör sig också fritt på tomten. Vi finns gärna till hands om ni har frågor eller önskemål.
