Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Welcome to your own little piece of paradise on Southview Beach! Watch humpback whales, seals and river otters playing at your doorstep & eagles & humming birds flying overhead. The Lund Harbour House is a spacious (815 sq. feet inside + 570 sq. feet of decks) custom, hand crafted suite situated on the waterfront in the Lund harbour. Private & peaceful, yet only meters to restaurants, shops, art galleries, and tour operators along a private boardwalk. It is suitable for up to 4 guests with a well stocked kitchen & fireplace. An adjacent beach area is perfect for kayak launching (yours or rent ours!) and those decks offer Lund's best place for viewing amazing sunsets.

The cabin is a short walk to amenities like: Nancy’s Bakery, The Boardwalk Restaurant, Terracentric Coastal Adventures, Lund Water taxi to Savary Island’s sand beaches. All rooms are furnished. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom includes a shower. The kitchen has a stove, fridge and microwave.
