Pincushion Mountain Haus is a light-filled Scandinavian modern retreat overlooking Grand Marais and Lake Superior. Four upstairs bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the lower level game room sleeps twelve total. The house is very kid and family friendly and has a large indoor sauna. Our lakehome is on 600 feet of private beachfront. This is a truly special haven. Lake Superior has unweilding force, but we are in a protected Bay so it’s the glory of the lake with the comfort of its shelter. The house is a combination of old knotty pine and a newer addition that is modern. Come enjoy it. Dogs are welcome but because it is a delicate waterfront, we charge $90/dog/stay to encourage you to consider other options for their care as well.
