Mo’s Cozy Place

My home is a place of comfort and peace. I take pride in keeping it clean but at the same time comfortable. It's a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house. The bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs. The guest bedroom (your bedroom) in the photos. Everything else downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The grill in the backyard is ready to go. The place is well ventilated with 2 air purifying system in place. There is an AC unit upstairs and another one downstairs. The heating system is central.

Harveys Lake/the blue room

We are a family of 3...our son is 19 years old. We also have 2 dogs and a cat. Our house is 2640 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 private decks and 1 shared deck. Our property is located in a quiet, wooded area, perfect for nature lovers! You may even meet our favorite deer family ! We are located close to Ricketts Glen (15 mins to lower trail and 30 mins to upper trail). We are approximately 1/2 mile from Harveys Lake, which is perfect for kayaking.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You'll Enjoy the full downstairs with a half bath Shower/Bath upstairs along with the kitchen and two more bedrooms.
