Super fast fibre broadband (80Mbps) allows for remote working, Netflix & board games provided for home entertainment. There are inexpensive car parks nearby but there isn’t parking at the flat. Lyme Regis is a historic, creative and vibrant town with great places to eat and plenty to see and do, including exploring the dramatic Jurassic Coast and going fossil hunting!

We are next to the churchyard a stone's throw away from the grave and statue of Mary Anning the famous palaeontologist and fossil collector. We will provide a parking 🅿️ permit for only 1 vehicle. A peaceful apartment located a 15 -20 minute walk from Lyme Regis Seafront and within minutes of many beautiful walks including the famous Jurassic Coast. This self contained apartment is attached to our main house but you have completely private access with your own en-suite bathroom, front door and access to a balcony area with views across the River Lym valley. Fern Studio has its own Kitchen with kettle, toaster, hob and fridge.
