Cosy, comfortable and luxurious shepherd's hut make this a unique getaway, a 10 minute walk from the beach and the village of Milford on Sea. Dogs welcome and dog secure. Comfy king-sized bed and shower room sit alongside the middle living space, with kitchen, dining area and seating, overlooking the private outdoor area. Amazing 17th-century thatched cottage located within New Forest National Park. Surrounded by a private garden set within lush grounds, where unobstructed vistas of the Solent render unmatched tranquillity. The inside living quarters provide the perfect space for relaxation following a day venturing on nearby nature walks or exploring idyllic Lymington, a mere half-hour walk away. The self-contained kitchen has all the necessary amenities, as does the open shower room. Starlink wifi throughout!

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

April Cottage, Everton, Lymington

April Cottage, a comfortable cosy two bedroom terrace cottage set in the middle of a delightful village, with our friendly local pub and shop offering scrumptious local produce. Nestled in the heart of the New Forest with only a short drive to nearby beaches, open forest and the charming market town of Lymington, with its picturesque town quay, boutique shops, and bustling Saturday market. Not far away is Bournemouth, with long golden sandy beaches, theatres, restaurants and nightlife.

The Red Cottage in the heart of the New Forest

A luxuriously appointed cottage with a large garden nestled in the heart of the New Forest. A stone's throw from the picturesque market town of Lymington, Red Cottage is only 5 minutes from Brockenhurst train station and sandy beaches at Mudeford. Nearby restaurants and spas include The Pig, Limewood House, Carey's Manor and the Chewton Glen all within 5 - 10 mins. Two ancient forest gastro pubs are a 5 min walk from the cottage, near the beautiful Roydon Woods.

The Byre (old English for cowshed) is a cosy self contained unit with a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom has blackout blinds and Venetian slats on the main window. The sitting room is light and airy with two sofas, chairs and table and well equipped small galley kitchen which has a two ring induction hob, under worktop fridge and combination microwave which is placed on shelf above hob due to limited space.
