This property lets you "have it all" with close proximity to Bellingham (~7 min to Barkley Village) while providing a wilderness escape with modern amenities, outdoor seating and cooking areas, a treehouse, nature trails, and a beautiful forest canopy. Enjoy and relax in the outdoors without sacrificing the comfort of home. Need to sleep more than 2? You can rent another suite just a few steps away and sleep 2 more.

Bright Abbotsford Ground Floor Suite

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Bel West Cottage-1 Bedroom

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a home away from home. It is a one-level, 800 square foot house built in 2020. Large windows throughout. Located on a dead-end street. Fully furnished kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable, new KING bed. Air conditioning. There is a back patio to hang out on and enjoy the view of the backyard. Kimber and Puppy might pop over to say hello....treats will be provided so you can say hello back. Our road is nice for walks too. You will enjoy it here.

Our TINY HOUSE in the Trees

Come enjoy a very TINY HOUSE (120 sq ft) experience in the heart of beautiful Whatcom County. Go for a hike on our local trails, explore the many breweries in Bellingham, visit the beach in Birch Bay, bike the county roads, or enjoy a scenic drive on the Mt. Baker Highway. Then come back to a unique, cozy TINY HOUSE. Roast marshmallows around the campfire, snuggle up and watch a movie on Netflix, and relax with a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning. Refresh, relax, and find joy!
