Located near Rosemary and Seaside on the far west end of PCB, this home has special details that make it very warm and inviting. Mermaids Calling Penthouse 2302 GulfCrest is gated and has full time security. Open wide spacious floor plan that’s very roomy with floor to ceiling windows and a 40 ft tiled balcony with lots of seating to observe sea life and the most beautiful sunsets. Two gulf front pools, two hot tubs and a kiddie pool. On the pool deck we have a tiki hut where you can get drinks and food(seasonal), lounges, deck chairs and a gazebo with picnic tables. A set of free Beach Chairs & umbrella (seasonal).

Located in a nice safe neighborhood this house is about 2,000 sq ft and has everything you will need and love. You also can soak up the sun laying next to the pool out back, or you can take a 10 to 15 min drive and be standing with your toes on the white sandy beaches in Panama City Beach. There is a Hot Tub out back by the pool you can enjoy after a long day. There will be fresh linens and towels upon arrival. You will feel right at home here! Come check it out and see for yourself.
