Stay at this peaceful and centrally located home with fenced yard. The house has been completely remodeled and is located 5 blocks from the University of Evansville and 7 minutes from downtown Evansville for concerts, shows and conventions. The house is located in a quiet safe neighborhood and is 15 minutes from anywhere in town. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sleeping 4 total. One queen bed has an adjustable base to adjust head and legs in various positions for maximum comfort

Spacious 1450 sf 2 BR Private Suite Apartment

This Apartment style basement suite is a comfy space with 1450 sf of living space. Dogs are welcome and we will also share our back fenced dog park! The basement has a private entry, Sleeps 9, and was renovated in 2022. Our home is comfortable with modern & vintage decor. Each bedroom has a bed, closet, dresser, nightstand & desk. We are not a wheelchair friendly home. We are a dog paradise and all breeds welcome. Our third sleeping area is a non-enclosed area you walk through to bedrooms.

Biking or walking around the neighborhood is safe and fun on a sunny day. Though you may feel in the country you are very close to downtown Huntingburg, 8 miles to Downtown Jasper. House is cozy and relaxing for a weekend away or if you're looking for activities Holiday World (18 Miles), Patoka Lake, French Lick Casino & West Baden Hotel (27 Miles).

The Storehouse, a church built in the 1890s, is nestled in the serene backdrop of Grandview, Indiana. This former sanctuary has been thoughtfully transformed into a 3 BR home, perfectly blending old-world charm with contemporary amenities. The Beehive Cottage is located 2 blocks from the Newburgh riverfront and minutes away from the downtown historic area with quaint boutiques and restaurants. Fully renovated, our 2 bedroom yellow cottage sleeps four. French doors in the kitchen provide bright light, which will welcome you to the patio in the backyard with a grill. You'll find it easy to relax and unwind, whether you're in town for work or play. Downtown Evansville is only 15 minutes away & Gateway Hospital only 5 minutes.

Christmas Cottage

One block away from Holiday World! This house is a close walk to the park and a 5m drive to Lincoln Boyhood National Park and many other attractions. The house has been lovingly prepared for a Christmas theme and is ready for guests with comfy bedding, updated kitchen and bathroom, large indoor and outdoor gathering area, and all sparkling clean. This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

RiverTown Retreat – Cozy 2BR Near River & Downtown

This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. We designed everything about this cottage to be exactly what we want & need, & we hope you appreciate all our thoughtful touches. Relax at this peaceful place to stay & enjoy Newburgh! Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

You will be welcomed by 3,400 square foot updated home. Great for families, and business travelers yet cozy enough for 2-4 as downstairs sleeps up to 4, full bath, dedicated work space. Upstairs has 3 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, bedroom suite great for kids, 1 full bed and bunk beds full bottom, twin top. Trundle under bunk beds only for toddler. Please review photos as house sleeps 11, we only have 7 beds, 3 being in kids suite. Game room w/ PacMan, toys. Have central air & heat.
