Northwest Garden Cottage: clean and cozy

This cozy 650 sq ft Pacific Northwest cottage is set in the garden away from the street .Shade & sun. It is a complete home. Eclectic decor includes antique bathroom, claw foot tub with optional shower, an open kitchen you can really cook in, coffee nook & a dinning room area, full living room, bedroom, closets etc. Private drive & parking. The bus stops in front. Neighborhood has lots of trees, views of snow capped mountains, short drives to beaches, international restaurants. 12 mi to Seattle.

A Birdie's Nest

A sweet cottage filled with love and serenity. Warm, cozy, elegant, and easeful. This delightful space will fill you with joy and comfort. Made for a very special overnight, and with everything necessary for a longer-term stay. Fully remodeled, everything is new, and a heat pump with air conditioning to get you at the perfect temperature! A full backyard, and lots of room for our four legged little friends. We use CDC guidelines as close as possible & leave 48+ hours between guests for your/our safety. Enjoy our secluded park like setting, comfy bed, sauna, homemade bread/jam, huge cedar trees, sitting areas, golf chipping, horseshoes (seasonal). Close to SEA via ferry ride from Bainbridge Is. (30 min. drive) or 10 min. to Kingston ferries (walk-on or car). Near beach, golf (White Horse GC) & miles of hiking/biking trails, close to shopping & restaurants. Good for couples/singles. Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.

Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
