Clean modernised 100 year old cottage with oil central heating, double glazed recently decorated. Used for family visitors and holiday makers. Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, push chair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

Duvets and pillows are provided, bed linen can be provided for an extra charge. PAYG Electric can be topped up at the shop with the card provided.

Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance to everything you need and the beautiful beach and sea just a stones throw away. The property is opposite the beach and there is a bar/restaurant and chip shop across the road Queen’s Park is across the road with its boating lake and children’s park and splash pool. The chalet has been designed to provide our guests with a home from home feeling.The chalet has its own secure private decking. It is located within a 5 minute walk from mablethorpe beach and there is a Pub with restaurant on site. Mablethorpe town is within a 10 minute walk with restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment including local attractions. Welcome basket is provided containing a welcome refreshment to help our guests get settled on their arrival. Pet friendly.

Mollie’s Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach at Chapel Point. There is an enclosed garden, perfect for relaxing in after a busy days’ adventure. It makes a great base for a family holiday at the east coast. Outdoor pursuits nearby include good walks and cycle routes. Some areas of the beach are dog friendly. Beach ¾ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile. One dog free per booking. 2 maximum (2nd dog chargeable)
