Unique and stylish, The Hideaway is located within Sylvan Glen Estate, privately situated between The Homestead and The Cottage. It's a couple's only retreat, with luxurious finishes including full kitchen, 72sq/m living area, deck, firepit and even a wood fired outdoor bathtub. Airconditioning, king bed with Egyptian linens, 16 sq/m ensuite with double shower, sun deck overlooking the Estate's 7th fairway. This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Yallah Hideaway

Yallah Hideaway is a detached guesthouse on acreage. Access to beaches, golf courses, Wollongong, Illawarra and Southern Highlands. Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

Nestled in our citrus and nut orchard is the 'Captain's Cabin'. A hideaway in your own private section of the garden, with an amazing outdoor bath, ample cooking facilities inside and out, and fire pit, not to mention a comfortable queen bed with natural linen and towels, it's your base for the perfect Kangaroo Valley escape. A 5 minute walk from the village centre and 50m from the cycle and walking path, it's the perfect location too. Coffee machine, record player and provisions included.

It is on the lower level of Fernleigh, a lovely home on the edge of the magnificent Blue Mountains National Park. Recharge on the crisp mountain air, relax in the peaceful neighbourhood, just 7 minutes drive to Leura and Katoomba or a 37 minute walk from Katoomba Station.

It is close to beautiful beaches like Umina, Ettalong (10min 🚗), also to majestic waterways and national parks in Central Coast. It is within an hour drive /train ride from Sydney and Newcastle. Walking distance to Evarglades country golf club. Close to popular Yoga clubs, Deep Water Plaza shopping center and local pubs and eatery's.

Large loft storage area, plenty of closet space and kitchen storage including large pantry. Off street parking in cul-de-sac street that is a short walk to CBD and local amenities.

Fully self contained 1 bedroom unit with own entrance, fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast items (bacon, eggs, tomatoes, butter, milk, bread of your choice) supplied for guest to prepare themselves at their leisure. (Stays for over 6 days, breakfast is only provided for the 3 days as nightly price are at a discounted rate) Warm and cozy in winter. Cool and airy in summer. The residence looks out into a private fenced off patio area, with garden and bush outlook.

奶奶公寓（ The Granny Flat ）

The Granny Flat has all the comforts of home including separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen with plates, cups, cutlery etc, a fridge, electric frypan, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.

Come and stay in this quaint mountain getaway. When it's winter, come and sit by the fire in the mist and fog or soak in the claw foot bath. When summer starts, roast in the warm sun surrounded by our beautiful garden. We are 10 minutes walk from the main street in Leura and only 5 mins from Mt Hay road which connects you to scores of bush walks including the trail to Lockleys Pylon and the Shortridge Pass to the Blue Gum walking track.
