Alt kattaki salon, veranda ve bahçemizdeki dinlenme alanları ortak kullanıma açıktır. Belirtilen fiyata ege kahvaltımız dahildir. Sivrice koyunda bulunan, anlaşmalı olduğumuz Sarayhan Otel'in iskelesine 3 km uzaklıktayız. Çevre restoranlar ve plajlar hakkında detaylı bilgi sağlıyor olacağız. Tüm odalarımızda klima bulunmaktadır.

Oikos Bozcaada, sakin ve huzurlu bir Bozcaada tatili için tasarlandı. Deniz manzaralı muhteşem bir bahçe içerisinde kahvaltınızı ederken feribotun adaya gelişini seyredebilirsiniz. Ada merkezine yürüme mesafesinde bulunan otelimiz, seyahatinizi unutulmaz bir deneyime dönüştürecek. Otelimizde yirmi adet otel odası, beş adet bahçeli ve mutfaklı suit oda ve beş adet dubleks villa bulunmaktadır. Ortak kullanım bahçede kahvaltı ve oturma alanları bulunmaktadır. Odaların tamamı yeni döşenmiştir.

They are carefully equipped with new and very comfort mattress and bed sheets, blankets as well as towels. All are regularly washed. They have a private direct sea view balcony, too!
