Built in the early 20th century and recently renovated, the chalet combines historic charm with modern comforts and offers stunning views.The chalet has two floors and a 1,000 m² garden with fruit trees, herbs, and a vegetable garden. Only the ground floor (2 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen, bathroom) is rented at this price. The upper floor is not accessible and will not be rented to other guests during your stay. The whole chalet is available for rent under the name “Orfeas Chalet” on Airbnb.

The property is located just 100 meters from the beautiful Vourvourou beach. Both apartments share a large yard, ideal for families and friends. The house is fully equipped with two kitchens, three bedrooms, a living room, a terrace, a patio, and a fully equipped barbecue area. It can accommodate up to 10 people.
