Rivers Edge, gorgeous 25 Acres, Cottage by SAWA

Situated on 25 picturesque acres of land, this vacation cottage features a variety of amenities that make it feel just like home. On the doorstep to Algonquin park & North Bay with beautiful South river running right through it. Relax in this calm, stylish 4-Bedrooms 3-bath that sleep 9+ adults and comes with a fully functional Kitchen, recreation room with a 75" TV, designer recliners and table tennis. Enjoy free WiFi, outside BBQ stations, a wooden patio with a view, laundry and a fire place.

Tranquility on Eagle Lake

Just steps from the water's edge, this a-frame cottage is nestled into a private cove on the picturesque Eagle Lake in the Almaguin Highlands. Our family's cherished space is available for families or couples (maximum 4 adults) to rest and rejuvenate. There is a Queen bed in one bedroom and a bunkbed in the other bedroom. However, a unique loft will offer the best view of the morning sunrise with a queen bed there too. A peddle boat and two kayaks with life jackets are included in the rental.

House located on a beautiful & quiet lake with a sandy beach. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and open concept kitchen/living room. Outside there's a large deck with a table plus plenty of space to do yoga while you enjoy the view. In front of the house is a fire-pit. Lots of outdoors activities in both summer and winter like swimming, boating, ice fishing or just enjoying the beautiful nature. We also have 2 kayaks for guests to use!

There is a new multi purpose dining table in the cottage that is also a pool table and has table tennis available for our guests. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are features you will be sure to enjoy. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.

I would like to welcome you to your home away from home with all the amenities that you would expect from a +2300 sq/ft luxury cottage on Lake Bernard just outside of Sundridge. Our cottage was fully renovated in fall of 2020. This cottage has amazing views that is perfect for families and children with a sandy bottom waterfront, water sports, high speed internet, lots of parking, lots of space, private, full kitchen and laundry.
