The large lawn allows for plenty of family games and parking spaces are an added bonus for cars, boats and bikes. The kitchen, dining and living opens on to large private patios.

The new open-plan full kitchen includes electric stove tops, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The lounge area has comfortable leather sofas and looks out onto a sheltered external deck with outdoor furniture and pocket views of the lake and mountains.
