Visitors will leave the hustle and bustle of reality behind as they cross a wooden bridge and step onto grounds reminiscent of some of the world’s most well-loved fairytales and stories. Guests will be charmed by the quirky Scottish double-decker bus many magical guests would expect to see zipping through tight spaces and stopping to rescue wizards and witches in a pinch.   We also have a petting zoo and certified trout creek on the property. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains or use this as your jumping off spot for a great adventure.

We are 2.5 hours north of Atlanta, 2.5 hours southeast of Knoxville & 3 hours west of Charlotte.
