Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with pond, pool, and pecan orchard. The property joins Little Fishing Creek Golf Course and Recreation area including recreation fields, 1/4 mile track, tennis courts, and pickle ball. Located on 250 acres, this home is a few miles from beautiful Lake Sinclair, Georgia College State University, and historic downtown Milledgeville. Lake Oconee, Reynolds Plantation, Harbor Club, and Cuscowilla are only a 30-40 min drive for championship golf.

Private Home near to Interstate & Robins AFB

Ideally, my place is good for military personnel who are PCSing to Robins Air Force Base or are TDY on extended orders for 90 days or more. It's about a 15-minute drive to the base. Little league is big down here and this location is good for traveling little leaguers for games. The Perry National Fairgrounds is only a 15 min drive and it hosts the annual Georgia National Fair. It is a 14 min drive to Houston Medical Center where traveling nurses and residents will find a convenient commute.

The house is down a private drive after going through a security gate. Guests have use of our private in-ground pool (pools open) BBQ, fire pit, 40 acres, and 2 fishing ponds.
