Aqui, encontrará um espaço amplo, rodeado por hortas e fazendas que permitem uma experiencia rural. É um excelente ponto de partida para conhecer as diversas atrações que a Ilha oferece. Cada T1 é composto por um pequeno quintal que a circunda, quarto de dormir independente com 2 camas individuais (possibilidade de substituir por cama de casal a pedido), sala de estar, cozinha completa e WC c/duche.

O chalé possui 2 quartos, uma televisão de ecrã plano com canais por cabo, uma cozinha equipada com uma máquina de lavar louça e um micro-ondas, uma máquina de lavar roupa, maquina de café e 2 casas de banho, sendo uma delas completa.

You will also be close to some levadas, as well as to the urban centre (2 km away) and a number of roads to various parts of the island.

Chalet da Nogueira is a small mountain house recently renovated, which is recommended for hikers, practitioners of mountain activities and those who want to be away from urban centres.<br>The house has an area of 40 m2 on two floors. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a common area with two single beds (90x200 cm), which can accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor, there is a small living room, kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom.

The chalet consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The chalet features Wi-Fi and a fan. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request). The chalet affords a spectacular mountain view.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.
