Farm Stay at Panther Branch with Sauna

Take it easy at our beautiful cabin in Hot Springs, NC surrounded by nature and farm animals. Panther Branch Farm spans 30 acres of mountains, streams, waterfalls, and hiking trails. On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. Unwind in our outdoor spa with sauna and a spring bath or simply relax and take in the serenity of the National Forest.

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

The Rosemary Cabin at Bluff Mountain Nursery. Nestled at the top of the hill in the heart of our plant nursery, you’ll be sure to be surrounded by beauty and nature a like. Custom built with plant and farm lovers in mind, with greenhouses full of amazing plants to explore. You can visit our farm during your stay to meet our livestock too. Located on 60 acres of wooded land only minutes from the Appalachian Trail. It’s in a spectacular and unique location with easy road access and Hot Tub too.

The Nest, a mountainside retreat

The Nest is tucked into a grove of hemlocks, high above the creek and valley below. All types of vehicles have made the trek up the driveway, but we recommend 4-wheel drive. The seclusion of The Nest is unmatched and this tiny modern marvel comes with all you ask for, and so much more. Less than 25 min to downtown Asheville and minutes from the quaint mountain towns of Marshall and Mars Hill. Enjoy activities like hiking, skiing, and zip lines. Soak in your private hot tub, shower outdoors under the stars, and enjoy the fresh air as you hike up the mountainside or sit peacefully near the rushing creek. Toast marshmallows and spoil yourself with s'mores around the firepit. The cozy space is full of natural light and warmth with comfy furnishings inside and out. Our treetop tipi is a 1 of a kind experience you will not soon forget! Take a short nature walk up to the roughly 400 sf tipi decked out in woodsy cabin decor. With 3 comfy beds don't forget your friends! Enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee on the porch while gazing into the canopy of trees and listening to the array of bird songs which are sure to impress even a non-camper! This glamorous campsite is doused with personal touches you're sure to love as much as we do!

The Arcadia Cabin is a 2-bedroom modern cabin with high ceilings, hardwood floors, fast WiFi and lots of light just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and within minutes of Weaverville and several popular wedding venues. The private deck is spacious and designed to make the most of outdoor relaxation on our wooded hilltop. Outdoor activities and excellent dining choices all within minutes of Farmside Village.
