This cute cottage for 6 is located just down the street from beautiful Lake Como that offers fishing, boating, and water sports. It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Fully equipped 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home in the great neighborhood of Lake Como. Basement has a separate door and is considered the 3rd BR. House is located 1.5 blocks from the lake and is less than a 10 minute drive to Lake Geneva. Featuring an outdoor hot tub, gated backyard and an amazing basement bar. Spend the afternoon shopping and enjoying the many activities the area has to offer. Spend the evening with a cocktail in the 4 person hot tub on the deck or have some s'mores by the firepit.

"The Lake House" is located on beautiful Mason Lake in Briggsville, WI. Our home is a freshly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom lake house with 36 ft. of lake frontage. The property has a huge fenced in back yard, concrete patio and a new pier (2021) for outside fun. We can accommodate two vehicles on the black top driveway, public street parking and a large public parking lot for boat / rec. trailers right across the street. The property is also located on a ATV/UTV and snowmobile trail system.
