El apartamento está situado en un edificio histórico construido en 1890. Es una "corrala" típica de Madrid que está completamente rehabilitada. La localización del edificio lo sitúa muy cerca de la línea de metro pero también está cercano a la línea de metro que lleva directo al aeropuerto. Es perfecto para cortas estancias.

Is a penthouse, has a tinny bathroom, separate small kitchen, quite big bedroom with 1,35 x 1 90 size bed, small living room with sofa & terrace. Is spotless, tidy, freshly painted with good maintenance. It has been renovated in August 2023. Very cosy, bright, good energy, quiet and very simply place.
