Sleep in a spacious GRANARY/SILO with 2 separate levels, combining rustic charm with modern comforts! 1st Floor: Living/dining area with a separate bedroom & bathroom. 2nd Floor: studio bedroom, laundry, bath. (Altogether: 2 queens, 2 twins, 2 twin floor mattresses, heat/AC, 2 baths, & laundry.) Cautions/reminders: External stairs only, creek on property, NO animals/pets (owner's family w/ medical allergies that prohibit), NO smoking, has Christian artwork & books.

Use the spacious kitchen to prepare dinner and then enjoy eating on the patio with fantastic views of Split Mountain. Trailer, RV, boat parking is also available on the property. Take advantage of a shed to store bikes, SUPs, etc. Property is located in front of a farm - enjoy the feel of space and freedom. At harvest time help yourself to the some apricots and apples from the orchard.

You will find usb and outlets on the lamps for easy charging. Frequent deer and wildlife in the yard. Plenty of parking for your boat, toy, or work trailers. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. We are right next to the Conference Center and directly across the street from the Western Park. We are within walking distance to both of those locations including restaurants, Main Street, the Dinosaur Museum, and just a couple blocks from the Recreation Center. This fun stylish home has been remodeled from top to bottom with guests in mind. You will find everything you need !

Hitching Post

The Hitching Post is a private 2 bedroom barn house is the perfect place to kick off your boots and enjoy our porch swing or take a relaxing bath in the deep soaker tub. Private entrance. Conveniently located near the Rod and Gun Club, recreational trails, lakes, and more. We also offer horse stalls. THIS IS A NON PET PROPERTY. We offer other units for service animals - but we are trying to keep this completely pet free for guests with allergies.

Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
