The Getaway: Quiet / Cozy / Picturesque views!

A cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in a perfect location and breathtaking views. Full height sliding glass doors bring in natural light and showcase picturesque mountain views. Outside, our home has a covered wrap a-round porch, rocking chairs, bench swing, and table to relax and take in the mountain air. Inside features a living area with a stone fireplace to relax with friends and family, kitchen, dining, and an additional living area (loft). The property also has paved access by private road.

Hike Soco Falls , fishing , shopping, restaurants, mini golf, 16 minutes to Cheeokee Casino or 12 minutes to Waynesville /Lake Junaluska. After a day of adventure, cozy up by the wood fireplace, Or relax in a rocking chair or porch swing while sipping coffee /tea while bird watching and elk passings. 1 calf. large king bed, queen sofa bed. Escape to Falcon Ridge, a secluded mountain retreat at 3,900 feet with breathtaking views in Maggie Valley! This cozy getaway features two master suites with private decks, a living space with lots of windows, a wood-burning fireplace, and a hot tub under the stars. Surrounded by nature, yet close to town, it’s perfect for relaxation or adventure. The final stretch of road is gravel, uphill, and has 3 switchbacks. If you’re uncomfortable with mountain roads, this may not be the best fit.

The Water Wheel is our place to unplug and detox from the hustle and bustle of life. When we are not here enjoying this space we want to share it with you. Imagine yourself lounging by our fire pit with a local brew or taking in the mountain views from the hot tub then creating an amazing meal. Detox in our cedar sauna after a long hike. Or if you are exploring the area then it is the perfect home base for adventures in the mountains or to Asheville for breweries, dining or shopping.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features a covered front porch and large side deck with outdoor dining and fire pit. The cabin sits on over 1.5 acres so there is plenty of space to enjoy private time in nature. Located 12 minutes from Maggie Valley, 20 minutes from downtown Waynesville, and 30 minutes from Asheville and Cataloochee Valley.
