Our cabin was built over 50 years ago and fully renovated in 2021. We are located 40 miles from the Asheville airport; a short drive to the ski resort, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Harrah's Casino and Biltmore Estate. Hiking, biking and tubing are nearby. Relax on the two porches or grill out near the fire pit. Spacious kitchen for family meals; bathrooms on both levels and several gathering areas. Cozy up to the gas fireplace (seasonal) or enjoy a puzzle in the nook. Easy access, 14-50 EV plug.

High Calling

High Calling is the lower level of a home on Cataloochee Mountain, at 4300’ elevation. Enjoy the panoramic views year round from a private covered porch or around the fire pit as you relax with the peaceful sound of the creek below. A charcoal grill is also provided. Two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with one full bed and one twin bed face mountain views. A sitting area with a television and games, kitchenette and coffee station are provided, along with snacks and drinks.

Surround yourself with hiking trails, waterfalls, skiing, wildlife, and stunning views. Our spacious studio combines functionality and comfort. At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.
