Unique IgluPod near Sligo

Tranquillity meets luxury glamping in our stunning IgluCabin, perched high in the hills near Geevagh, 20 mins from Sligo town. Sitting above the valley we are always stunned by the silence and sunsets that bless our location. The pod itself is beautifully designed in shiplap wood, the interior offers a cosy bedroom area, a kitchen with smart use of space, a living and dining area with lots of natural light from a panoramic window and a bathroom with shower. Traditional craftwork inside and out.

Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s no television or WiFi, just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continental breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER.

Harben Cottage in the green hills of Ardara

Harben Cottage is a 150 year old traditional stone cottage - 5mins drive from the Heritage Town of Ardara (20mins walk). Set amongst lush green hills & sitting next to a bubbling mountain stream. A mixture of new and old; low doorways, a turf fireplace, water supplied from a mountain spring, but also a gas cook top, oven, microwave, WIFI, & central heating. NB: that the toilet & shower are housed in outside annex - this may not suit everyone but adds a touch of authenticity for the brave!

John-Neil's Country Cottage Kilcar

Built 180+ years ago, this newly renovated stone cottage is situated in an area locally known as "Up the Glen" just 5 minute drive from Kilcar village. If peace and quiet, Country views, rambling walks or to just look up at the stars is what you are looking for, then this is the place for you! The cottage is wifi and TV free. And with limited phone service in the valley (but can be found close by) its a beautiful place for a digital detox. Many local attractions with in 10-20 minute drive.

The cottage enjoys a sea view on the Wild Atlantic Way • 2 km from Lettermacaward village (2 shops, 2 pubs, cycle track) • Mountain/ hill walking • Elliott’s bar – Traditional music Friday (2km) • 4.5km to Dooey beach (Walking/ surfing) • The house is in the countryside • A car is required

The Cart House at Teach Neilí

Close to the beautiful Blue Flag beach at Nairn on The Wild Atlantic Way , this is a renovation of the old cart house at Teach Neilí, which combines the character of the original stone walls with views of Loughfad in a warm, comfortable cottage. Stunning views of the lake from the living room - loads of room to relax - close to Glenties and Ardara for shops, pubs & restaurants. Great WiFi!! Meenasillagh sits beside its own stream & waterfall. The new open plan living room & sleeping area has floor to ceiling windows and stunning views. Our nearest neighbour is way over the hill so you'll be completely undisturbed during your stay. The cottage and water is heated by stove using turf/ wood. A complimentary bag of each will be available on arrival. The kitchen and shower room are modern and well equipped. There's a gas-powered fridge.
