The ISLAND provides an amazing and unique escape that is truly one of a kind. This remarkable location is located only minutes off the highway and is less than an 1.5hr drive from Halifax. Enjoy the day exploring the shores and endless ocean views on land or in one of the kayaks or canoes provided. Spend the evenings with your favorite drink (and people) around the bonfire. However you decide to spend your time, we hope you enjoy your stay at this tranquil and picturesque island escape.

This newly constructed Main Street cottage is steps away from all the main attractions, while also being set back from the road enough to give guests a private and tranquil place to retreat at the end of the day. We are just across the street from Saltbox Brewery, with a beautiful patio, frequent musical guests and visiting food trucks. The cottage itself is an open and breezy ,featuring French doors, rustic details and a cozy wood stove- making it suitable for getaways all year long!

Just 3 minutes from Mahone Bay, 7 from Lunenburg and 25 minutes from Sensea Nordic Spa in Chester. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, relaxing living room, spacious bedroom and bathroom! Enjoy an outdoor fire pit after a day of exploring! Please note : Our grandchildren are now living with us and therefore we are unable to guarantee complete silence.
